These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using Selocia’s website, ordering products, receiving delivery, and communicating with Selocia.
1. About Selocia
Selocia is an online shopping and delivery service in Guyana. During the launch stage, Selocia may offer a selected range of products and limited delivery coverage, starting with selected areas on the East Coast Demerara.
2. Orders
Customers may place orders through Selocia’s website or approved Selocia channels. An order may require confirmation before it is accepted for processing or delivery.
Selocia reserves the right to cancel or reject an order if an item is unavailable, delivery is not possible, customer information is incomplete, payment cannot be confirmed, or the order appears suspicious or abusive.
3. Product Information
Selocia aims to provide accurate product names, images, prices, and descriptions. However, minor differences may occur. If an error is found, Selocia may correct the error and contact the customer before completing the order.
4. Delivery
Delivery availability may depend on location, delivery schedule, product availability, weather, traffic, and operational capacity. During the MVP/launch stage, delivery may be limited to selected East Coast Demerara areas.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being reachable by phone or WhatsApp during the delivery process.
5. Payment
Selocia may support available payment methods such as cash on delivery or other approved payment options. Payment options may change over time.
6. Order Confirmation Messages
Selocia may use WhatsApp, phone, or SMS to send order confirmation codes, delivery updates, and order tracking information. Customers should not share confirmation codes with anyone except through Selocia’s official checkout or order confirmation process.
7. Cancellations and Changes
Customers should contact Selocia as soon as possible if they need to cancel or change an order. Selocia may not be able to cancel or change an order after it has already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
8. Returns and Issues
If there is a problem with an order, customers should contact Selocia promptly. Selocia will review the issue and may offer a solution depending on the product condition, delivery status, and nature of the complaint.
9. Customer Conduct
Customers should use Selocia honestly and respectfully. Selocia may refuse service where there is fraud, abuse, threats, repeated false orders, or misuse of the platform.

Selocia may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
